HOW YOUR JOB AFFECTS YOUR HEALTH
Work has a major impact on our health. Physical activity levels and daily routines are influenced by a variety of factors such as occupational sector, work hours and work environment. To better understand which factors have the greatest impact on work-life balance and help identify ways to lead healthier lifestyles, Withings has conducted a survey on a pool of 10,000 users equipped with connected devices. The survey was designed to understand more about people’s work environments and compare these responses with data measured by devices – i.e. number of steps, body mass index, and sleep time.
